Background
Wopi is an HRD tool system based on scientific research and developed in collaboration with Nordic and global ICT companies, with Petteri Niitamo as its main architect. In 1986-89 he visited the PhD program as a Fulbright grantee at the University of California at Berkeley where he participated in the world-renowned research program on creative personality at the IPAR Institute. Currently he serves as an adjunct professor of competencies at Aalto University. Wopi tools can be used on all organizational levels and cultural contexts. The tools’ generic quality promotes fair, transparent and non-discriminatory treatment of individuals in regard to gender and age. The tests can be responded and results read in chosen language.
