Wopi
The architecture’s main tool Wopi performs a comprehensive inventory of individuals’ and workgroups’ competency drivers. It is an HR professionals’ tool for recruitment and coaching. 224 self-report questions form 14 scales for competence-driving motives, ways of thinking and attitudes, as well as thematic scales for communication patterns, job burnout, etc. The response format is dichotomous (True/False) and the responding time is 20-30 minutes, from a local or remote destination (internet). Responding and result-reading in chosen language. Mandatory 2-day certification training given by an accredited Wopi certification trainer.
