Workgroups
Wopi-g is a function of Wopi which performs an inventory of the workgroup’s competency drivers. Application areas include assessment of workgroup potential, workgroup coaching, building of workgroups as well as creation of occupational average profiles. Profile options include: profiles for individual workgroups, individual-workgroup comparisons and workgroup-workgroup comparisons.
