Wopi-m
WOPI-m is a short version of Wopi for managers’ use in recruitment and induction/onboarding. Wopi-m performs an inventory of the individual’s drivers of independent action, leadership, cooperation and decision making, equipped with interpretations. 144 self-report questions form 9 scales. Responding time is 8-15 minutes from local or remote destination (internet). Responding and result-reading in chosen language. Mandatory 1-day user training given by a Wopi-m trainer (e.g., organisation’s HR). Includes training to a special recruitment interview. The Staging Interview challenges the person to ”behave”, solve problems instead of mechanical responding to questions.
