Wopi360 is a tool for appraisal of managers’ and non-managers’ competence resources and deficits. The target person’s behaviour is appraised with 45 standard questions + 1 open question + client-specific questions. Questions are answered on a 0-6 Likert scale. Answering time is 10-15 minutes. Responding and result-reading in chosen language. Non-mandatory 1-day user training. Feedback in face-to-face, group-level or self-study formats. Feedback materials lead to the idea of competencies as part of the organisation’s strategy. Supports, among other things, Shared Leadership by setting non-managers with broader responsibilities that traditionally belonged to the manager. Combination of competency drivers (Wopi) with competency outcomes (Wopi360) enables very powerful development programs.
